How can I donate?

The Winona County Republicans accept cash or check. Make checks payable to: Winona County Republicans. You can donate in person (at a meeting or event) or you can mail payment to:

What does this money fund?

When you contribute to the Winona County Republicans, your money is used locally by us! These donations allow us to fund our BPOU and activities such as parades, the Winona County Fair booth and our office in election years.


What is a Political Contribution Refund (PCR)?

When you donate to the Winona County Republicans, you can apply for a refund from the State of Minnesota for any amount up to $75 (individuals) or $150 (couples).

How do I get the refund?

  1. Donate
  2. Obtain a receipt from our Treasurer, Amy Lang (in person or she will mail it to you)
  3. Complete the MN Department of Revenue, PCR form (see below).
  4. Mail the form and receipt in to the MN Department of Revenue.
  5. Wait 7-10 days and check your bank account for the refund.
